I’m a certified Health Coach and fitness trainer offering Holistic Health Coaching focused on helping busy people achieve long-term health and wellness.  

As someone who previously faced and learned to overcome a variety of health challenges, including weight loss resistance, hormonal imbalance, allergies, insomnia, digestive issues, chronic headaches, and stress, I can relate to those experiencing the same conditions.

Prior to opening my Health Coaching practice, I worked 60-70 hours per week in corporate America.  But after years of dreaming, learning, goal-setting, and planning, I am now fulfilling my vision of working full-time to help people improve their lives through better health.

Originally from Michigan, and having also previously lived in Missouri and Georgia, I now reside with my husband in North Carolina where I operate Whole You Holistic Health Coaching.
