I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising or making sound food choices? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

My approach to Health Coaching involves listening to, encouraging, supporting, and educating my clients, with my objective being to arm them with the knowledge, habits, and confidence to become completely self-sufficient on their unique wellness journey.

I employ a variety of modalities in my plans, with each one being customized to my unique clients’ needs.  But while my plans are individually-tailored, each is still based on identifying and removing the root cause of sub-optimal health status and implementing changes that are both lifestyle-compatible and sustainable in the long-term.

I recognize that your health is impacted by many things.  These include your relationships, career, physical activity, spirituality, and nutrition.  That’s why I focus in my practice on understanding the entire person and addressing limitations in each of these areas to help you find your best self.  This holistic approach to wellness is what Whole You is all about.
